A good friend of ours rented a camping space at the local boy scout camp and invited the world to come. We signed up and took off on C's 9th birthday. It was a beautiful place and we were there with about 60 people!
There were two boats to sleep in which the kids loved. There were 16 bunks in one room and two rooms in each ship. This means it was one HUGE slumber party! Our kids along with the Pulleys were the oldest kids there. It was a LONG night! The kids had a great time running all over the place with all the other kids.
We pulled the kids away from all their friends for a little family walk which they all didn't want to go on, but then ended up having fun!

They all spent a lot of time fishing. They were using marshmallows as bait!
T just sat there for a while. He did end up catching a fish at the same time as C. Wouldn't you believe my camera wasn't working right then!
The pinata was a huge hit! Look at all the kids standing ready for the candy. We did have fun and the kids loved it! Thanks to the Yermans for the great night!

That place looks SO fun for camping! The would be awesome to sleep in that boat!
LOVE the boat idea!!! What boy alive wouldn't want to sleep there? I'm wondering if they really did sleep at all though. Mine would not have with all those friends running around. You guys find the coolest places there to hang out. I'm jealous.
That is the coolest place ever to camp. Love the clouds on the mountains.
